After signing in, choose your business type and fill in your GSTIN, PAN, address and drug licence numbers. Upload the required documents (GST certificate, drug licence, PAN, and for medical stores the pharmacist certificate), then submit. An admin reviews it, usually within 1–2 working days, and you'll get an email.

Open Set up your business to see the reviewer's note, correct the details or upload clearer documents, and submit again.

Each person signs in with their own Google account. The owner invites them from Team and picks a role — Manager, Inventory, Billing or Viewer — which controls what they can do.

Each distributor fulfils and invoices separately, so one checkout creates one order per distributor. You get a separate GST invoice from each.

If the distributor is in your state, GST is split equally into CGST and SGST. If they are in another state, IGST is charged at the full rate. The total tax is the same.

Choose credit or cash on delivery at checkout and settle with the distributor as usual. The distributor marks the order paid once they receive it.

Yes, until it is dispatched. Open the order and choose Cancel order. The reserved stock goes back to the distributor.

Open any product and choose Alert me on price change. We'll notify you in the app (and by email if you choose) when the best price moves by your chosen percentage.

No. Batches within 30 days of expiry are hidden from buyers automatically, and distributors get reminders at 90, 60 and 30 days.
